Political Creative Strategist

We are currently seeking a Political Creative Strategist to help lead our messaging efforts across all platforms. This is a pivotal role that combines political insight with bold, persuasive storytelling, copywriting, and concept development to advance the mission of our clients and the values they represent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts and messaging strategies for all political campaigns, issue advocacy, and digital content
- Copywriting necessary for the implementation of marketing campaigns and projects across all platforms
- Copywriting and creative concepts for political direct mail operations
- Collaborate with Senior Agency leadership to understand political strategies and goals
- Collaborate with our video, design, digital, and web teams to ensure that concepts and strategies are carried out across all platforms
- Collaborate with account leadership teams to align creative output with client goals, deliverables and campaign timelines
- Maintain consistency of conservative values and brand identity across all creative work
- Stay ahead of trends in digital media and political advertising to keep our creative sharp, relevant, and effective
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in creative development, advertising, or political communications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful political or advocacy work
- Deep understanding of conservative messaging, values, and voter demographics
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Experience working on conservative political campaigns or conservative issue advocacy
- Familiarity with AP style and political compliance language
