Overview
We’re looking for a thoughtful and creative Video Editor who brings both technical skill and storytelling instincts to the table. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker—someone who isn’t afraid to make smart, informed decisions based on project scope, direction, and available assets. You should be comfortable navigating unscripted material and finding the story within it, shaping raw content into a compelling narrative that resonates with its intended audience.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple projects moving at once. We’re a large team, and the ability to communicate clearly, shift gears quickly, and contribute wherever needed is essential. A strong understanding of post-production workflows and processes is also critical—we need someone who not only edits, but also understands how each edit affects the messaging, shapes the story, and supports the overall vision
The successful candidate will have at least three (3) years of professional post-production experience as a video editor (or similar role) within the U.S. This position requires a proactive, reliable self-starter with sound judgment, a collaborative spirit, and a positive, can-do attitude.
